im about to submit my application to uhouse on monday and the rent sheet that they gave me for 4 BR and Bathroom was 420 a month without utility package. these rents i guess are a lot higher than the previous yr, however when we got the applications to fill out they said that they would be raising the rent in Jan. so whats the deal with all these prices and stuff? is 420 the new price for next month?



P.S. - i thought pool view and 3rd floor were extra money added to the rent?
