If I could remember which model x31 my boss had i'd buy one of these from you so i can stop using external cdroms to fix his computer when something goes wrong 12/16/2006 1:48:44 PM |

^ Just a note... I don't belive the X31 has an optical drive option. You have to have the X3 dock. As a matter of fact, I have an X3 dock.
P.S. All these items are items being literally tossed away by my boss. Most of the stuff isn't worth enough for my boss to care about. I'm just being economical and trying to salvage what I can. We just tossed out some old IBM xSeries servers into the dumpster. I felt so bad because I knew someone could have used it. But, it was too much trouble trying to transport all the stuff to my place. *shrugs* 12/16/2006 3:18:19 PM |

Not really... these will only fit in the website's listed ThinkPads. They definately won't fit in any new Thinkpads. Connector formats are different. Form factor is different. All proprietary hardware. I doubt these will work on Dell/HP/etc... but I don't have much experience with those machines so I don't know. Just an assumption.12/19/2006 3:09:08 PM |
