if it is even close to what scanning people get paid where I work, they dont get paid shit...their job is easy as hell, and 'tards could do it.

Pay- I would say around $10-12 since it's part-time. I've been doing it full-time since May and started at $12.
Hours- We are open from 8:30 to 5:30pm. You could come in and do like 8-12pm, 1-5pm, or however you like. I would not advise night or weekend hours. The person we have now works full-time as a school teacher. The only time she could come in is during the weekend or at night. We never saw her. We were kind out of the loop on what she had done. My boss would prefer someone to be there during office hours.
It is an easy job to do but can get overwhelming at times. We do all the scanning for all the clients in the firm. I'm talking like around 180-200 clients. It can get pretty hectic at times.
We have another part-timer there who does courthouse runs, answering the phone, some filing, and helps out on other projects. He's currently a frosh at State. He's got his schedule worked out pretty good between work and school.
Any other questions, PM me.

you know, i would think a job like this would require at least a Ph.D. and not a "Education Level: Associate Degree " 12/20/2006 8:48:55 PM |
