Wanted to watch ESPNU for the game at noon, I do not see it listed on the channel guide.

Questions:
1) If someone starts a stream of it will it show up on my list, does this happen often?
2) Are there "secret" channels broadcasting that if I knew their info, I could connect to? (personal channels, or private channels, whatever)
