ah. now he is killing Kobe by saying he tried way to hard in the NBA all star game. Whoever wins the mvp will look like they tryed to hard. If no one excels does he say the league is boring because there are no clear cut stars? come one. who cares what he did in the skills competition.

I wish they would try harder in the All Star game. My fav recent all star game was the one where the East was way down, but Iverson went nuts and almost single handedly brought them back. The fourth quarter and end of that game was exciting because they were actually trying. Also my respect for AI went up a ton because he was schooling the other all stars.
