Also I think they mentioned the governor of Idaho had been sworn in today and flew in for the game immediately afterward, he had played for Boise State. Seems like this team was destined to win this one.

It seems as though after every game like this there is a discussion of "is this the greatest game ever", and most of the time its the emotion of having just watched the game that leads people to say that is is the best ever... BUT GD this game might actually BE the best game ever. I can't wait to hear the sports talking heads in the next few days break this game down and see what they say after letting the emotion die down.

this game honestly couldn't have been scripted any better. in terms of end of game type plays this game had 2 of the top 10 of all time ("hook and 'lateral'", "statue of liberty")

but also in terms of a complete game this game tops the list. this game would be a joy to watch over again on ESPN classic, other games, "music city miracle", "cal stanford" not really, you're just looking for the end of game play.

the "hook and 'lateral'" and "statue of liberty" were classic, but let's not lose sight of the other great plays that made this game one of the greatest.

4. BSU hook and lateral with time running out

for a couple of these plays to happen is WOW...for the whole sequence to occur is SURREAL
