jamarcus just announced yesterday evening. i think he's played himself into a job with the raiders or lions. sucks for him

first-round qb's are probably brady quinn, jamarcus russel, troy smith, and brian brohm if he goes

teams that need a qb are (in order of need, in my opinion): raiders, loins, bucs, vikings, browns, panthers, dolphins.

i think only 3 QBs will go in round 1, even if brohm goes, but then again i am no mel kiper jr

The Vikings don't need a quarterback. The Panthers have bigger needs than QB. The Dolphins won't use a first rounder on a QB either.

^^the raiders are an average offense away from competing. i realize it's popular to beat up on them, but in reality it wouldn't be terrible for russell at all.
