its an italian restaurant. (pronounced Vivachi, like Hibachi)
dont think ill go back

had fried calamari, which was real good.

i had the lamb dish, comes with a filet also. not the greatest, im not a regular lamb eater, but it just didnt taste right. the filet was good.

the mojito there was horrible, real thick and pulpy/grainy.

i had a shot of tequila (patron, which was good like always), but the lime was so dry, that i got no juice out of it. it was horrible.

i think they jipped me on some scotch. but oh well.
.

but everyone raved about it. anyone been there? comments??

after just looking at the menu on their website, theres about 4 things that are still around from when i worked there. but knowing the chef, i can guess what everything is like.

I never had a problem with the place or the menu...i was just a little too inexperienced at the time, and the owners are fucking pricks to their employees

there was this one old guy, seemed like he was a grumpy old man, but i dont blame him, it took me 10 minutes to tell him i wanted a shot of tequila.

FYI, the fried calamari is at vivace is almost the exact same recipe as at Porters and Fraziers
