I am trying to buy some lenses for my canon dSLR rebel. (wide, bigger range lens up to 1600mm) ebay has quite a selection, but im not sure which lens brand is considered good. cant find lens review anywhere. anyone familiar with any sites reviewing just lenses? google search is always pointing to camera reviews.

Sigma makes decent lenses.

Canon makes great lenses.


Really it just depends on the specific lens you're looking at. The quality of each individual lens varies greatly from model to model, even within a brand.

So.... just search for reviews on the web.
