I made an html webpage on my NCSU unity drive, but I can't remember what you have to do so that other people can access the page, or in other words, type in www4.ncsu.edu/~unityname and see your webpage. If I remember correctly you have to right click on the www folder and go to AFS, but I don't know what to do from there. Thanks for your help.

put the source files in the www folder on your K: drive if you're using wolfcall.
