I bought one of their live albums back in the day, because I wasn't paying much attention. It wasn't bad to listen to, but it wasn't much good either.

i liked them back in 98-02, but then they got kinda stale. same old show every night, same old build up on every song.

ive heard that they've been playing really well recently though, but i havent heard them in a few years. i dont know if they could ever be the same with the houseman.

They used to play the Lincoln Theater about twice a year. I like them but it seems like you could walk into a bar in New Orleans on any night of the week and find a band just as good if not better than them. Same goes for Dirty Dozen and Rebirth Brass Band.
