sorry for the rush need to send a video off today and just realized there's a thing in it i would like to blur out, there's no way i can refilm it so wondering how to edit a video to blur an item out

i am simply using windows movie maker...does it have this ability?

too late now I guess, but you'd just need a more powerful editor than windows movie maker (pretty much the bottom of the barrel, you know... but it's free)

Your student status will let you purchase adobe premiere pro 2.0 at the bookstore for $179, which is a pretty good deal on a $800ish program (edu license)
