Another exciting win, walkoff single by polanco in the 12th

That makes 12 of our 18 games that have been 1-run, extra innings, and-or walkoff

Only 2 of the games have had a margin of 4 or more. Fun shit.

If Todd can keep up a 1.93 ERA he is my closer

Everyone hates on him so I stick up for him

[Edited on April 23, 2007 at 11:13 PM. Reason : Looks like we're not gonna need him today :p]

You don't see the caliber pitching the Mets have in the AL.. then again you don't see the caliber (i should say lack thereof) of offense the Mets have been displaying in the AL either.

I think the Mets win 2 out of 3 as we are getting healthy again... hopefully they make it out of that hellhole of a city alive though.

probably late august at the earliest

Leyland has said that if he's not happy with his progress, he may just DL him for the rest of the year.

yea we dont have people like Jorge Sosa, an old Tom glavine, etc

the only above average SP they have on their roster now is Maine. Could you imagine if Johan Santana pitched in the NL? Halladay?
