got a 4.5 lb bag of spinach at costco. Normally, between us, my folks, and Nerdchick, using this much spinach wouldn't be a problem, so I grabbed it while we were there.
Except it wasn't as fresh as I'd anticipated. So it's not going to last long enough for us to use before it goes.
Anyone who wants some should call 919 325 9398 ASAP. I'm in the kitchen sorting it, chopping it, and packaging it into baby food jars. If you catch me before I'm done, I'll prep it the way you'd like. 2/5/2007 7:12:40 PM |
