So i am trying to get some music together on my ipod and i am drawing a total blank. I trying to think of bands from like 1990-1998, but not the "big" ones like bush, pearl jam, nirvana, etc...
I was think more like toad the wet sprocket, blind melon, the refreshments....shit like that..

As something to depress you, realize that the first generation of kids born in hte 1990s will be entering state this fall.

People with absolutely no recollection of grunge, only heard about cobain through magaiznes and tv, and whose first cognizant experience with music came from the likes of 'nsync and backstreet boys. It's a bummer.

actually, 88 and 89'ers will be the new freshmen. maybe some abnormally young for their grade 90'ers
