1. Does anybody know a mechanic in Cary that does annual inspection and oil change? Preferrably one close from Davis Dr. and High House Rd. I used to do it at Jiffy Lube on Western Blvd, but it's too far from where I live...

2. For a brand-new car, would you recommend a dealer shop for oil change? or any cheap shop will be fine?

like a billion places... any place that does oil change can do inspections pretty much. don't go to stealerships for oil changes since they tend to charge quite a bit. I'm guessing your looking to have maintenance records.
