The Chargers probably should have hired Cam Cameron before the Dolphins. Now they still have Marty but are without both coordinators. Hopefully they can get 2 solid ones that don't need to change too much, one of which with the ability to take over after Marty is done.

Maybe Phillips just needs another shot at the head job, I just don't see this working.

Basically the only reason they hired him is because he runs the 3-4 defense like what is in place.

Interesting hire. I hate Dallass, but it seems like Phillips is at least somewhat proven, taking the Bills to the playoffs and whatnot. I would have been more worried if they hired Singletary, who I think will make somebody a damn fine coach.

Ill set the plus/minus at 3 years for Phillips.

Garrett will take over soon, and I think he eventually will be a good one. At least better coach than he was a QB.
