anyone know locally where to look at few?
the indoor section of the flea market had some real nice ones, but they are huge, and a decent price. i think they were like 6X8
looking for somthing a bit smaller.

from what the lady at the flea market said...
they pretty much rip the skin off the meat and treat the whole things. so however big the cow is, the skin is the same. but yeah, she had one little one, but it just didnt look too hot.
