I've been working with a lady that owns a jewelry company doing her content development and SEO work. Their developer bailed on them without completing the site (it doesn't look great, but it just needs to be finished). There is also a very detailed list of work that needs to be done.

After completion of this site there are two others slated, so it's pretty much three projects and you can set yourself up well for the other two by bailing them out of this one.
