Is there a place I can go to download old Nintendo theme music, such as the punchout theme, or the friday the 13th, mario, adventure island themes? I want to put them on my 360 to stream when I am playing 2/16/2007 10:13:07 AM |

^Great site.
It would be cool to d/l the boss theme from TMNT 2 and use that for Def Jam Icon. That'll be f'n crazy.

They still do. Go to http://www.zophar.net and click on "Game Music Archive". You can find nsf files and several players for most of the classic NES games. It's much better than midi files if you want the music to sound exactly like it did on the NES.
If you want to get it on your 360, it'll take a little work. You can d/l an NSF plugin for Winamp, use the DiskWriter plugin to transfer it to wav, and then use a program to convert it to an mp3 file. There's probably an easier way though *shrug*.2/26/2007 7:50:38 PM |
