Andy Richter came back to Conan last night to promote the show. Even did "in the year 2000" for old time's sake. Show looks pretty funny, they aired like 3 clips b/c apparantly Conan is involved with producing and some of the writing. I'll give it a shot.

Just watched the first EP. Liked it a lot. Tony Hale makes all the scenes he's in. 30 Rock is still better, though.

Eh, the concept had the potential to be very funny, but it was way too convoluted with the constant "this P.I. thing won't get in the way, honey," and the ambiguous dramatic tone of some of the situations. I wasn't so crazy about Tony Hale playing a watered-down Buster, but the Lou character was GOLD. Oh well. I'm not sure whether I want Andy to get a fourth show or not.

NBC is pretty much set on Office, 30 Rock, Scrubs and My Name Is Earl for Thursday night followed by ER. The only other option was moving the show to another night but that isn't going to happen. There was also the idea that only one show was going to be saved: Andy Barker or Friday Night Lights. NBC has apparently ordered at least six new scripts of FNL.
