Wasn't sure whether to put this in entertainment or here, but ah well...

Anyone remember the Six Strings Cafe off Tryon? It closed about two years ago I think, and just wondering if anyone knows of anything similar to it in the Raleigh area. I liked that place and always wanted to go there more often, but they closed before I could really make a habit of it.

Would like to have a place to go maybe once a week, get some coffee, listen to music, maybe have dinner if they serve it. I live off Glenwood, so pretty much anywhere is accessible to me pretty easily.

The owner of the Six String was going to reopen above Helios Coffee until he backed out at the last minute. I never dug the atmosphere all that much there, but the sound system was great.
