i've had it since september of last year (before it was "officially" released in october) and i love it...i haven't yet contacted them about the PCMCIA option, but the guy i've been working with was awesome...if you contact clearwire directly, they'll come out to your house and test the signal and such before you buy it...if you have problems with it within 30 days, you get your money back

also, i got the first month free, the second and third months for $6.99 and then $30/month after that...i also have a VoIP phone hooked up to it and i have no problems
