they rotate back and fourth. it is pretty much always just a laker crowd but as to who's name is on the bottom of the scoreboard just depends on scheduling

but as you title is worded the lakers would be the home team

yeah it depends on scheduling

but its not exactly "pretty much always just a laker crowd" because of season tickets...if its technically a home game for LAC, the lakers fans dont have their season tickets (unless they have tickets for both teams)
