Anyone ever used anything? I like to keep my shit looking new including my camlocker toolbox I just bought for my truck. I've found that using indoor-outdoor carpet is the trick to polishing a toolbox but I'm tired of having to keep polishing it. I want something that I can put over it to keep it looking new.

if its polished, shiny ass aluminum, just use clearcoat, it'll do the job and last quite a while.

if its brushed aluminum, you can get satin or matte clearcoat to keep it looking like the same surface finish.

I think that you can get a clear powdercoat now.....Not really sure though.

Yes, you can do clear powerdercoat. That would be the longest lasting. Clearcoat would be the next best, but won't really hold up.
