I have tried searching the dmv website and even talked to a few people on the phone but no one knew the right paperwork for what I need. Someone is giving me 2 trailers that have been sitting on their land for the past few years. They are both for jetskis, one holds a single pwc and the other holds two. The main goal is to register the dual trailer but it would be nice to get titles for both. I don't have any way to contact the original owner, and can't find any vin info on the trailers. Any ideas on the best way to get them titled? I have emailed the manufacturer of the trailers (they do have stickers for the company but the other stickers are faded to blank now) but they didn't offer much help.

it's pretty easy to get them titled/registered as home made. iirc, you'll have to carry them to the dmv for inspection then you get your paper work. i would reccomend removing any badging/numbers on them before doing it.

^ right, they will give you a number to stamp on the tounge and axle " in a workman like manner) you can lay it down with a mig or you can get some stamps from harbor freight for $10. then you take it down there. Id stamp it so you dont fuck up your galvanizing. I think its about $80 each.
