i'm not talking trash, or picking at ben. i just need to have that clarified. i know they're dogged out, so airballing a freethrow (or two) is understandable.

I agree an everything, but I don't know if I have ever seen a free throw missed that badly.

His shot was like a foot+ short of the rim

Not sure if one hit the rim or not, but it sure looked like he airballed two. What was bizarre was both times he hit the first and airballed the second FT.

I thought the first went in. the 2nd definitely air balled but it looked like a Drexel guy got into the lane before McCauley let go

that 2nd one was a bad miss but i think he was expecting the lane violation...although a FT lane violation is not a common call, the guys in the post dont usually blatantly fall into the lane well before the shooter even thinks about releasing the shot
