I know this has been asked before, but I need a good reasonably priced shop to work on my car. I have a misfire that I just can't get rid of on my DSM. I also have a major oil leak I need taken care of.

Thank you for any suggestions.

alright so I haven't taken my car in yet. I've received one recommendation (thanks 69.)

Anymore? By the way, my misfire is caused by oil in the chamber...probably from bad piston rings, valve guides? Idk, but it's going to be expensive. That's why I need several suggestions. Thanks again.

since every other thread is idle, I'm just going to post this on here.

some dumb chick backed into my truck last thursday, so I need to go get an estimate on the repairs, problem is I called a couple of places to figure out when I could come and get an estimate, and they are only open 8-5 monday-friday. I also work 8-5, monday-friday.

any body know of a place open at any other times, so I can get an estimate?

looks like you need to take some time off work to deal with it and tack lost wages onto the insurance claim, last time i was rear ended, they were being jackasses about it, until my neck and back started "hurting" and they had me a rental truck delivered to work, and an adjuster come to my house within an hour, had a check in hand the next day for the damages

yeah I've had the same problem with work. And I don't have another car to drive while the car is in the shop. I got to take it in for engine work and now body work because some dumbass decided to merge into me. And because of Officer Talley, I have to pay everything out of pocket myself.

Flagator, PM me if you find somethin. I'll do the same.

Happy Jap's is cheaper, and Rex is, in my opinion, every bit as capable, if not more so than TAO.
