-The Carolina Win, hands down, tops the list.
-Beating Duke and UNC in the same season
-The Tourney Run
-The first time we saw the red jacket
-Justin Clark going off out of nowhere.
-Seeing Rodney Monroe in the stands at the ACC Tournament
-The arrival and dominance of one Brandon Costner
-Savannah State, and Marist, getting mangled by the Rowdies
-ncsuftw1's game threads
-the asu/ncsu rivalry between posters was always fun
-RBC Center's Assistant GM Larry Perkins defending our students, and court rushing, on ESPN's Outside the Lines
-The dunks. We may possibly have dunked more this year than we did in the entire decade of the 90s. It was awesome to watch.


Can't wait for next year. Should be even more memories made. Post your favorite moments from this year's team.

I will miss being here in the Florida panhandle for a year (where the only four sports are Auburn Football, Alabama Football, FSU Football, and UF Football) and until the tournament no one said a word about NC State. And that week that's all anyone talked about.

Dude, this sucks. I am from WV and pull for both WVU and NCSU (probably WVU a bit more.) But this is supposed to be a thread about NCSU's season, so lets not gay it up with petty bitching. I think it was awesome, and I think NCSU made some awesome strides. To start how they did in the ACC, and then finish with wins over so many ranked opponents is amazing. I don't know if Lowe is the most fundamentally sound coach, but the guy is a leader and a motivator, which is probably more important in the big scheme of things. I am really looking forward to seeing WVU and NCSU play next year, because they are both going to have much better, more experienced teams.

Same here, it was my first NCSU basketball game in person (I actually got a ticket and didn't have a test or project due the next morning )

But I have to say I enjoyed watching Dave Leitao's antics on the side as he watched his team crumble in our tourney game against them And the huge crowd celebrating at the Dail Center after the team got back from Florida was great!
