I need 3 sets of 3 of the same length leaf springs. I would prefer to just get the main leaf out of the pack, but would consider taking a set apart. I am making some stools, and I am going to use the leaves as legs. Any ideas on where to find some cheap? 3/26/2007 7:44:56 AM |

you can use 2 springs welded to a base made out of a brake drum off a hd truck or something 3/27/2007 6:57:43 PM |

only if you never wanted to move the stools more than a couple of feet...3/27/2007 7:59:20 PM |

I am all about some free springs. I am going to run a ring of milder steel through the eyes at the base to hold the legs apart, and probably drill a hole and make a bracket to hold the seat at the top. 3/28/2007 7:11:08 AM |
