If you have the book, there is some info about shotgun sequencing... I basically googling "shotgun sequencing" and found out what it was... then reasoned it out.... I'm pretty sure the bacterial genome is easier due to it being a much smaller size, and us having more knowledge about the genome sequence... hence the reason we use it so much for research...
Help on 3b and 5b would be much appreciated

anybody have any insight on where I can find the answer to 7a? i found an estimate that said between 10^7 and 10^9 then most places say its almost impossible to measure.. any help would be appreciated 4/1/2007 10:28:00 PM |
