As many of you know, the magazine has now been discontinued. I had a subscription that was to run out in June of 2009. What do I need to do in order to get a refund?

I was subscribed to a magazine once that was discontinued and they wouldn't give refunds. Instead, they gave me a subscription to another magazine by the same publisher (with similar content) through the same date.

Yes, I'm not a complete idiot. I contacted them the day that I got the last issue with Leann Tweeden on the cover and they told me I would get a similar magazine. I haven't heard shit since. I tried to call tonight and they said that I need to contact who I bought the subscription through. I was wondering what experiences others had.

I called the place I had my FHM subscription through and told them that I wanted to transfer the remaining months to Maxim. Had to pay a few dollars difference, but it wasn't a problem.
