Rented a vespa this week in Cozumel and rode around the island on it. First time ever riding anything with two wheels and a motor....I got the hang of it pretty quick but what made it harder was the fact that i had a passenger right from the start.

took almost hitting a street sign and running over a cop to figure out how to turn properly with someone else on the bike and to make things worse i was trying to u-turn on a main rode (solo) and there was a giant coolant spill that made my front tire slip so of course i braked and ended up driving over the side walk and almost into the water...but at least i can safely say i never fell and i never took any pedestrains out...(Learned to never use the front brake while turning too)

plus weaving in and out of traffic was fun as hell instead of waiting behind all the cars...

i'd say i did pretty well for having no instruction...bring on the ninja!

i didn't really like cozumel. where you're at is alot better.

i would say go over there if you have a chance though for the hell of it though. jennifer will probably enjoy all the cheap silver.
