What happens if you sign a lease, but something comes up 30 days before the lease agreement begins and it must be cancelled? Are there any laws regarding this? Since the lease hasn't started is it ok? 4/19/2007 11:19:42 PM |

I don't know, but for future reference, you shouldn't sign a lease in advance. Generally you just place a deposit on the apartment and sign the lease the day it takes effect. 4/19/2007 11:34:55 PM |
