i seriously doubt we play seton hall after we released Larry Davis to play for them. I heard something about how they had to buy out of the remaining games for us to release him to them.

I dont know if thats true or not, but it makes sense. Coache dont like to sign transfer or release papers to schools that are on their future schedule.

I'd love to play them next year though with the lineup we'll have. All of our returning starters from this year can give him some good elbows and ask if he likes what he's missing.

if its a 2 for 1 deal maybe we dont have to pay them as much to come here. I dont have a huge problem with that because I dont think we'll have a problem beating them from now on now that Sidney has some depth to work with.


I DONT want to do what we did to their football program and give in only to get our asses handed to us. That is a garbage football program and I hate to legitimize a program who takes all of the rejects who couldnt get into UNC and State.

playing at ecu is a trap game. i think the home court advantage they have there is every bit as good as duke's if not better. i was at a game there when they beat marquette who i think was ranked #9 in the nation and had dwayne wade. it was insane in there.

i think we'll be a much better team, but with the crowd they'll have i will consider it to be a good win if we pull it off. not because ecu is that good, just that it would be a very bad loss if we do lose.

i think it will be a good indicator for us though. if we win that game i think it says a lot about the team's focus and ability to play well under pressure and in hostile environments. that will be good experience for the guys going into acc play.

I'll reserve this comment until we play a few games and get all of our players in here, but I was going to say that if Lowe lets us lose that game with the team we'll have next season he should just resign. Losing to ECU in football was bad enough. Basketball would just be down right embarassing.
