anybody know of someone that needs a roomate till next may?

both my roomates are moving out and i'm kinda screwed at this point, so i need to find somewhere with a garage or carport for my bike and to work on stuff, and preferrably a fenced in backyard for the dog, but i can't be too picky at this point, cost doesnt really matter, but less than $450-500 would be nice
