Here is the service bulletin for the EXACT issue i'm having. How would I find out how to fix it?

doesn't it say that you have to have the defrost on AND the outside temp has to be more than 36-37 degrees? That would mean that the pump would turn off if if the mode isn't defrost AND the AC button isn't activated. 5/1/2007 8:49:17 AM |

Agreed - I haven't seen a car leave the compressor on unless it is on "defrost" or the A/C button is pushed... 5/1/2007 9:47:10 AM |
