Ok, some jerk left a bag of trash on top of my car and whatever leaked out of it ate through my paint. I have a 2002 eclipse. I need to have the top of it painted and wouldn't mind having the front bumper touched up as well since I will probably be selling it in the next year or so. Does anyone know of a good place to have this done that won't charge an arm and a leg?

My shit is all oxidized on the roof. I'm thinking about taking the bad paint off with a scotchbrite pad then hitting it with some spray from autozone, plastic-coat, or whatever they sell these days that's supposed to match my car. Given that I don't really care that it looks anywhere near perfect, would it be considered an improvement? This is a serious question, my paint looks worse every day.
