they have single day matches as well. In a nutshell, Cricket is like a glorified version of home run derby.

Cricket has little interest in Europe. It's an English sport through and through.

They had the Cricket World Cup this past couple months in the Caribbean. They had the 10 professional teams: England, Australia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the West Indies-a combination of all the English-speaking Caribbean. There were also the best 6 amateur sides in the world: Scotland, Ireland, Netherlands, Canada, Kenya, and Bermuda (Yes, Bermuda's cricket team is better than the USA's. Gives you an idea for the state of the game in this country.)

Notice only 1 of the supposedly best 16 teams in the world was not colonized by the Brits.

I wouldn't say American football has that much interest in Europe once you take out the U.S. citizens living there. The only thing that's kept NFL Europe alive are the U.S. military bases in Germany. If I had to rank U.S. sports in European interest though, I'd say:

1. Basketball
2. Ice Hockey
3. American Football
4. Baseball
