anyone live here or know someone that does? it's off tryon near where avent ferry and gorman intersect it.

thinking about getting a house there pretty soon, it looks quite nice. just wanted to get tdub's opinion as well.

For those prices you should be looking for a house. You could actually spend another 12-15k on top of these prices and have the same payment if you did not have the big HOA dues. ]

ah. stupid realtors. rofl.

maybe i'll look at actual houses too, i just thought those places looked really nice, and for some reason, i kinda like townhouses better.

Here,

If you go single family you can have a yard, lower dues, and a home you are less likely to outgrow in the near future. Single family homes generally appreciate faster, you get more of a return on upgrading them, and you don't have to share a wall with your neighbor. Also you have a yard to fence in for pets, entertaining, etc.

I don't care how good people tell you the party walls are on a townhouse, they are not that good.
