I've been Googling for a good thirty minutes and unfortunately every online convertor I've found changes all the text in my DOT file to static text.

The template isn't that drastic, just a few fillable text boxes, half a dozen check boxes, and two drop down lists.

Does anybody know of a FREE program OR website that can convert a Word Template (*.dot) to an Adobe Reader Fillable Form (*.pdf)

don't know of anything free, but I can try running it through LiveCycle for you and see if that works.

how big is the DOT file? I have the Pro version of Acrobat at work that lets me create form fields pretty easily
