do you have separate rear turn signals or are they part of the brakelight?

^^^ i know that just I have no clue where to start looking. What is weird is I took it to the shop about 3 weeks ago and didnt ride it after i picked it up until about 4 days ago. I dont know if they have worked at all since I got it back from the shop. I also noticed that they didnt reattach my lower faring properly so when i take it back up there tuesday I am going to tell them they messed up the brake lights too.

These are all great suggestions...... I hope u are all just being foolish

I could look at it sometime for you, its hard to even throw a guess out there as to what it might be without checking it out, but a service manual and a wiring diagram would be a good place to start.

i had a problem like that, the brake light was on all the time. the sensor that turns on the brake light was stuck in the on position. Of course it was on a 85 honda nighthawk. Also frayed open wires were shorting it out.
