no, not coolio, fits the description i gave well though. they guy had a skinnier head. it was kind of an annoying song. he wasn't as good a rapper as like dr.dre or snoop. sort of a 2nd rate dude.

yeah, there were bitches with big asses in bikinis too. sounds like all of those videos from then, but i can't remember any more detail.
