1997 NISSAN PATHFINDER, 152K mi, 4x4, V6, routine maintenence, brand new battery, runs and drives GREAT...this car has never given me any trouble. It would make a great daily driver or a first car. In the 3 years I've had this vehicle, it's only been in the shop once (for brake work) and has never left me stranded.
Options: Moonroof Heated leather seats Duel power front seats CD Player 6 speaker Bose sound Power windows Power locks Keyless entry Cruise control
Asking below NADA at $5,100

I've got an offer of $4,200 right now by Str8BacardiL, however I told him that I don't want to go underwater with this deal...I owe $5,000 on it right now and I'll owe a little less when I make another payment on the 30th.
I just did a Kelly Blue Book valuation on it, and at good condition it's listed as $5,175, and at fair condition it's worth $4,470. NADA values for the same thing are a little higher at $5,900 and $4,675.
As Str8tBacardiL will attest to because he test drove it tonight, the only reason it should be listed any less than $5,175 is because the tires need to be replaced (only 3 tires because the full size spare has a new tire on it). Still, considering what it's really worth, $5,000 is not a bad deal at all for a vehicle which looks and drives like it's got a lot less than 153k on it.

So does that mean that it's rolling on the spare and that there is no 4th original? In other words, how many tires does it have? 4 (no spare) or 5 (has a spare)? I'm just kinda confused by what that ^ means.6/22/2007 9:51:43 AM |

I mean that it has 5 tires (because of the full size spare) and one of them has full tread. So when considering the cost of putting new tires on it, you only have to think about 3 instead of 4. 6/22/2007 10:27:02 AM |
