I lived there for almost 3 years and loved it. The apartments are sorta small... there's no doubt about that. But it's a really nice place with a great landlord who lives on site and will take care of any problems you may have. It's also very nicely landscaped. It's a quiet apartment complex... not at all ideal if you are trying to throw parties or something. But neighbors won't bitch just for music or having a few people over. It's also very walkable to campus, less than a minute walk to the jackpot (not the best bar in the world, but nice that you don't have to drive), and near Jade Garden, a great Chinese restaurant. I would give Grosvenor Gardens the highest endorsement possible.

Yeah, very reasonable. I can't remember the exact cost of my rent... maybe $450 or $485. But, it is a studio, so just one big room. It was always enough space for me, especially because there's loads of closet space. You'll be able to get a better idea for the space once you look at a unit. There's also washers/ driers on-site
