Yeah he'll make it, he's 4th in voting for outfielders but probably wont catch Soriano to start

He might get left off if the game were somewhere else, but he has to be on the team in San Fran

I wonder if any of the 3 starters in the outfield will do what Vince Carter did at the all star game a few years ago when he let Jordan start in his last all star game ever.

Also wonder if that happened, would Barry be humble enough to accept.

Ryan Howard became the quickest player to ever hit 100 HRs in a career (something like 335 games). That is a fucking ridiculous pace. I do agree though that he has got to drop some weight or he'll be injured all the time or a DH in five years.

Howard is like 27 though. He may be the fastest in terms of games played but no where near the youngest...

I was shocked when I found out that both Reyes and Wright are a full 2 and almost 3 years younger than Utley and Howard...

when i was around 10 we would go to the highschool field with a bunch of golf balls and play homerun derby. thinking back on it that was dangerous as hell. if the pitcher would have been hit he would have been seriously injured.
