i was wondering what is the best concert you've ever been to. my friends and i were talking about this after we saw the pumpkins. i said it was one of the best i've ever seen, but i don't go to a lot of concerts.

I saw Jerry Cantrell and Stone Temple Pilots a week after Layne Staley's body was discovered. Scott Weiland performed vocals on a handful of Alice in Chains songs with Cantrell on guitar as a tribute to Layne. It was an absolutely amazing show that has yet to be matched.

I've said this in the Pumpkins thread already, but, Radiohead in Philly last summer. The venue was only about 4,000 seats and of all the times I've seen them, that one took the top spot.

#2 was the Pumpkins Wednesday night show in Asheville and #3 was Beck at Reynolds Coliseum
