they are due thursday but can i have it rolled into my tuition so my aid can pay it?

If you get student aid but can still afford a car, I hate you.

To my knowledge, you cannot have it put onto your student account for your financial aid to pay for it. Financial aid does not disburse to approx. the first day of classes. While your financial aid does take into account transportation costs, you will need to pay for the permit upfront and allow your financial aid to be a reimbursement for that cost.
