theres a huge waiting list.
my boss signed up for Conan months ago and just got on last week.

My girlfriend applied for Letterman tickets only a couple weeks before we went, and they called us two or three days before the taping. All I had to do was answer a trivia question. Mine was "Who is Rupert." Then, we got there and waited in line for less than an hour and got our tickets and went in. It was loads of fun, and we were sitting two rows from the front.
