I'm referring to attempted blockbuster type movies from the 80's. The only ones I haven't seen are a huge M.A.S.K. and G.I. Joe. Gronke reminded me that Fraggle Rock is being turned into one in 2009. I can't wait until we get Punky Brewster: The Movie.

The Care Bears beat the crap out Teletubbies. And while they were primarily only characters in a series of books, I would definitely see a Berenstain Bears revival geared toward little kids.

Yeah Thundercats is in the work.

C.O.P.S and Dino-Riders should get some love, haha.

But for real, that Teddy Ruxpin movie would be awesome, haha.

It was at the end of the run of the series, not part of a revival, which is what I thought we were going for...

McGuyver

I would seriously pay to see some Silverhawks shit though. I had totally forgotten about that show but thinking back it was always one of my favorites. Also a good, non-cheesy GI Joe movie would very much rock. It couldn't be that hard to write, terrorists vs. US Army...the storyline pretty much writes itself.

i am really suprised a GI Joe movie isnt in the works. i mean the old animated one was kinda cool back in the day, but an R-rated live action one could kick ass

So reading this thread I realized...are people not aware there is a GI Joe live action in the works? I'm pretty sure there's been a thread about it.

http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/preview/1808512049
Although the most recent updates sound suspect. I will definitely boycott a GI Joe/Action Man Movie, since when has the Americanness of a movie ever been to its detriment?
